As medical and wellness professionals, we understand what the mind, brain, and body need to flourish and be in flow. While our approach is flexible in its implementation, it’s systematic at the core. Our processes and methods are grounded in the science of:

1:1 Coaching

a la carte options

1:1 mindfulness coaching sessions can be supplemented for any of the following:

  • mindful eating coaching

  • personalized yoga or mindful movement

  • nonviolent communication training

  • chakra balancing

  • energy clearing

  • balancing your microbiome


8-week mindfulness based stress reduction Groups

Periodically throughout the year, we offer the original 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training from Jon Kabaat-Zinn that brings a form of meditation known as mindfulness into mainstream medicine.

Learn how to take better care of yourself through the interplay of mind and body, mobilizing your own inner resources for coping, growing, and healing. Studies show that MSBR can help relieve particular symptoms and improve quality and potentially even treatment outcomes in people with various ailments. This course requires a minimum of 12 people and will be offered at least twice a year.
